Turn your android tablet/smartphone into a gaming console

Gaming on an android device can be extremely fun and to take the experience to a whole new level you can convert your android tablet smartphone into an ultimate gaming device where gaming truly comes alive. This guide will teach you how to build a gaming console from your own android powered device. Make sure to have your tech questions answered as a post on this blog by using the contact us form below.

STEP 1

CPU requirements

Before you even consider turning your smartphone into a gaming console make sure you have the hardware requirements to do so. A fast processor: The best types of processors are octa-core processors as they can handle vast amounts of data processing and make sure your device has 2+ GB Ram as it gives a clear indication that it has the potential to handle high performance gaming requirements.

One of the fastest processors in the world is Snapdragon 835 which is the best for gaming and phones such as the Oneplus 5 can handle any single game on the planet with ease which is why I extremely recommend you look at.

For android Tablets make sure you have a mini HDMI port which will be discussed later in this post.

STEP 2

Expand your current Storage space

You’ll need to do this because some games don’t allow you to play because of your disc space is too low and if you want a great gaming console you need a ton of space to load apps, games, music and videos.

Expand your storage using a memory card and make sure it’s a fast one too. By doing this you’ve saved yourself from force closes and dragging which doesn’t happen on gaming consoles.

STEP 3

Buy a wireless controller and configure it to your device

The Best wireless controller deals are widely available in stock at online stores which you can find at bargain price at TomTop, Gearbbest and Aliexpress. You need a gaming controller for console grade experience and to really believe that you have a console you can play incredible games on.

Some games save you a lot of time and actually have the game: controller ready and all you need to do is connect your wireless controller to an android smartphone or tablet and start playing. For other games you’ll have to use gamepad mappers for android to be able to configure the games you want to play.

Step 4

Usb HDMI cable or Screen casting/mirroring

If your android device tablet supports a mini HDMI cable then you’re good to go and can just attach that to your HDTV or monitor to get things started but if you’re using a smartphone or tablet that doesn’t support one then you need to start looking at chrome casting or buy a USB HDMI cable widely available in local tech stores.

The whole purpose of doing this is because every console can’t be best enjoyed on a screen with several inches and it needs to be blown up on a larger scale so those Full HD graphics get appreciated.

Step 5

Download the best android games on the market

If you know where to find the best games on the market you should be proud of yourself because not only are they free but the games are extremely good. Companies such as Gameloft, madfinger games and many more create the best action games on the planet.  The games I personally recommend for you to get are:

1. Dead trigger 2
2. Unkilled
3. Nova 3
4. Modern combat 4 ( although I’m aware of the new releases of this game just trust me)
5. Asphalt 8
6. Call of duty strike team

Download now at android.mob.org

To save your time from buying all these games you can just visit Android.mob.org  and download all of these for free right now. Or you can just search for The game you want to download and add apk +mob to it which mostly works for big games such as Grand theft auto vice city apk + mob download. For other gaming lover’s sake you might even want to use an emulator relive the classics and get in touch with your pure gaming side. I really like emulators because they provide gaming on a different platform and It’s nice to see how the graphics change when using the best emulators to play games on.

Step 6

Set up your gaming console

Once you’ve finished every single step you can now set up your Diy android gaming console and have fun playing all those games on a larger screen. I like t set up my device behind the TV so the smartphone display doesn’t interfere with my gameplay and it looks very classy If I were you I’d set up my console in a place where it isn’t too stuffy and has plenty of space for your device to cool off whilst handle the gaming performance.

When I actually tested this out I’d find on several smartphones such as the Sony Xperia z3 I’d run out of battery life quickly so I simply solved that with connecting the charger to the phone whilst playing games which did the job nicely. I’ve tested some emulators such as the PS3 one and found  it really good because I
