10 things to do on the PS vita when you’re bored

When we’ve satisfied our gaming needs on the PS vita it just makes you wonder what you’re going to do next on the thing. Yes we can view some videos listen to music and look at pics but other than that what are you going to do next. If you have some internet available or offline is also doable follow these tips below to kill boredom.

10. Browse the web

Go on the internet and go to my favourite facts site www.wtffunfacts.com these guys give cool short facts with pictures that are interesting and fun at the same time. They have different categories so you don’t get bored and update almost every day. Go to www.mobiletvshows.net and download your favourite series or stream on YouTube.

9. Stream off your Computer

If you have some series available on your computer and net you want to watch on your Ps Vita you can either stream it off your Laptop or download it straight onto the vita’s memory card which comes in handy when you want to crawl up in your blanket and just watch something on a device that isn’t bulky. 8. Test out some Demos

Via the PS store there is a demo game page where you can test out some cool demos my personal favourites being Mod nation racers, Dragonball Z battle of Z, Gravity Rush…

7. Play some PSP favourites

We all know we can play PSP games on the Vita but there’s actually an exploit if you can’t buy some. If you search PS vita PSP exploit you can actually play PSP games already downloaded. The only exploit I know involves FREE ARC but they’re more cool ones.

6. PSM Hack

If you’re very handy person you can hack your PS Vita to mirror your Computer using an exploit found using the PSM app. This allows you to also use your PS vita as a game controller and also as a mirror to your computer. But you’re required to have the app downloaded off PlayStation’s website (good luck with that)

5. Invite PS friends for some games

I especially love this with games such as Dragonball Z battle of Z. You can send or receive an invite and actually play head to head with the person doubting your skills. Just make sure you’re very close to the WI-FI when doing this.

4. Join a party

Joining parties isn’t all that bad you get to hang out with people from everywhere and communicate whilst gaming which adds a nice touch but it can get too noisy when everyone talks at the same time and sound playback isn’t that bad. Just hold down the blue PS vita icon and cancel your mic when you have to.

3. Edit the Vita’s wallpaper and skin

Just search PS vita wallpapers on Google and customize yours so it looks unique. This will let people know you’re just not a hard core gamer but you’re also flashy. You can also search out your favourite gaming character and slap it on the unlock screen.

2. Visit your trophies

But Trophies are boring Gal! This might be the case but you can also check out your friends trophies and actually take the time to read the descriptions. This lets you know what you should be aiming for and can actually make you a better gamer.

1. PS3 or PS4 link

We’re reminded on the vita that we can actually connect this thing to a PlayStation system which is really cool. But it is quite complicated in my opinion you can control your PlayStation via the Vita if your pad dies and actually get to custom the controls as well.

Boredom strikes everyone at some point but I hope these tips will spare you of that. One more thing: You can also use Near if you want but that’s only if you have WI-FI or 4G. Near is an application that basically tells you what PlayStation peeps have in a given mile or kilometer with this you can see what games they have and hunt for them on the PS store also visit their profile to invite them or just check it out.
